DELIVERIES - WILL YOU BE HOME TO ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY?
Your order is sent via Australia Post, if no one is available to accept delivery a calling card will be left for you to contact your nearest Post Office. As this is not a registered service and no signature is required upon delivery. We highly encourage you to have your parcel sent to your work address or other suitable daytime delivery address to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. If your address includes a level, please ensure you provide us with the company name. If your company name is not provided, this will result in the dispatch of your order being delayed. Please note that it does take up to 24 hours for tracking to be available on your parcel after your parcel has been dispatched.
