Shipping policy



free shipping on all orders over $30.00 for Australia customers. For orders that are under $30.00 there is a shipping fee.. Should you need to return your purchase for any reason, please note that this postal cost is non refundable.

All orders over $100 may require additional information before the order is dispatched.

All orders are sent by Australia Post, Want it Now, Toll Couriers. All deliveries to PO boxes are sent via Australia Post.

When tracking is providing with orders over $30.00 it is the customer's responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched. However, we are more than happy to provide assistance.


Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be dispatched and a maximum of 10 working days for delivery from the order date.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in delays.

Please note that we will be unable to change address or product during busy periods. Please also allow up to 5 working days for dispatch during this time.

We highly encourage you to have your parcel sent to your work address or other suitable daytime delivery address to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. If your address includes a level please ensure you provide us with the company name. If your company name is not provided, this will result in the dispatch of your order being delayed.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: 1 - 4 working days for delivery

This postal service is express and if you are within the Australian Postal Network, it will arrive to you the next working day. Your order will be dispatched next business day if it is placed after 10 am If your order is sent via Australia Post and no one is available to accept delivery a calling card will be left for you to contact your nearest Post Office. Standard delivery time is between 1 - 4 working days for orders within Australia.


At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always endeavor to follow up any missing or lost parcels on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
